Our large power supplies are engineered heavy duty units, and are self-contained within a steel enclosure.
Rapid is one of the few companies that custom manufactures large DC power supplies to meet unique requirements as to construction materials, size, weight and price. All power supplies are custom designed to your specifications by our engineering staff and completely fabricated in our 200,000 square foot manufacturing facility.
Rapid industrial power conversion systems are available over the total power range and are listed as Medium Power Conversion Systems (MPCS) and High Power Conversion Systems (HPCS).
Rapid's capabilities range up to 50 MW and up to 200,000 amperes, with input voltages up to 69 kV.
