Rapid Power Technologies introduces the newest innovation in programmable pulse reversing switchmode power supplies. This unique power supply combines our proven expertise in switchmode, pulsing technologies, solid state reversing designs and digital control into a powerful multifunction unit. Featuring our switchmode topology with a reversing module and an exclusive touch screen interface, this power supply allows independent and precise control of plating current and pulse duty cycle in both the forward and reverse directions. The result is a design that offers unique flexibility and precise control of your plating process by allowing you to program, store and recall up to fifty-two of your own fifteen-segment pulsing recipes.
This Rapid technology has been developed to work with different chemistry requirements and can be tailored to your process for maximum results. High aspect ratio through-holes and blind vias can be uniformly plated using this technology as well as general throughput having a consistent deposit distribution.
